Fair Farm Hideaway is located in a rural lakeside setting in the Vale of Belvoir in Waltham on the Wolds, on a family farm.
Each hut has its own private entrance with an elevated terrace and private patio areaviews of the lakes, wildflower fields and countryside can be enjoyed.huts have en-suite facilities with towels and linen provided.
The huts have their own private BBQ and fire-pit.huts have wood fired hot tubs which can be lit prior to arrival upon request (for a fee of £10).huts have their own private wood fired hot tubs with complimentary wood provided for your stay.
Guests can purchase tickets for the exclusive use of the fishing lakes from Fair Farm Hideaway.
The area is home to authentic culinary dishes such as Melton Mowbray pork pie, Stilton cheese and Red Leicester cheese, which guests can try during their stay.
East Midlands Airport is 29 miles from Fair Farm Hideaway. Grantham rail station is 12 miles away, with a connection to Londons King Cross taking just over an hour.
The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.
Please note only the Superior Shepherds Hut - Jacob, Masham and Ryeland is pet friendly for a charge of £7.50 per day for one dog and £10 per day for 2 dogs. If you wish to bring a pet, please mention this in the Special Requests box when making your booking.
Lincoln Longwool and Border Leicester are two of our dog friendly huts. There is a charge of £7.50 per day to bring your dog along to stay. Pets must not be left unattended in the hut for any reason.
The other Shepherds Huts cannot accommodate pets.

Superior Shepherds Hut - Kerry Hill. Kerry Hill hut is located at the furthest corner of the site and benefits from its own private wood-fired hot tub for two, which is located in a secluded position to the siderear of the hut. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave and electric hob, there is also a full-sized conventional oven. Kerry Hill has bed linen, throws and soft furnishings. The room has en-suite facilities, with bathrobes, towels and toiletries also provided. This shepherds hut cannot accommodate pets. ;
Superior Shepherds Hut - Lincoln Longwool. The Lincoln Longwool Shepherd hut sits in an elevated position with views of the lakes and surrounding fields. It benefits from its own private wood-fired hot tub for two, in addition to a raised terrace and patio area. The Lincoln features a double bed and bedding. The room has en-suite facilities, with bathrobes, towels and toiletries also provided. The Lincoln has a fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, a microwave and an electric hob. This shepherds hut cannot accommodate pets. ;
Superior Shepherds Hut - Herdwick. The Herdwick Shepherd hut is located close to the lake and overlooks the adjacent fields on the family farm, which can be enjoyed from your own private wood-fired hot tub. It also benefits from close proximity to the car park over the bridge. The Herdwick contains a kitchen, with features such as a Villeroy & Boch sink, a quartz worktop, an electric hob, microwave oven and coffee machine. The Herdwick has a double bed with a duvet, Egyptian cotton bedding and storage space. It has private en-suite facilities with towels and a range of toiletries. This shepherds hut cannot accommodate pets. ;
Superior Shepherds Hut - Teeswater. Teeswater now has a wood-fired hot tub and is located close to the lake, offering direct views of it. With a Villeroy & Boch sink and quartz worktops, the kitchen has an electric hob and microwave oven. Guests will find a duvet and Egyptian cotton bedding, storage space and a small wardrobe at the hut. Teeswater has private outside spaceguests can relax. This shepherds hut cannot accommodate pets. ;
Superior Shepherds Hut - Swaledale. The Swaledale is a shepherd hut located in a central lakeside position, with its own view of the lakes and a private wood-fired hot tub. The Swaledale offers a kitchen, and a double bed with bedding. En-suite facilities with towels and a range of toiletries are also provided. Outside guests can view the lake from the raised terrace, or from the private patio area with a fire-pit and BBQ. This shepherds hut cannot accommodate pets. ;
Superior Shepherds Hut - Jacob - Dog Friendly. The Jacob Shepherd hut is situated in a lakeside position with uninterrupted views of the lake. The hut features a double bed and Egyptian cotton bedding, bathrobes, towels and toiletries. There is a modern en-suite in the room. Outside guests have their own private seating space, with a raised terrace and patio area. It is equipped with a fire-pit and BBQ and a private 2-person wood-fired hot tub. This shepherds hut accepts guests with a well behaved dog. Please advise on booking as a surcharge applies. ;
Shepherds Hut - Masham - Dog Friendly. The Masham Shepherds Hut is situated in a raised position with views of the lake and the countryside. The hut features an en suite bathroom with towels and toiletries provided. There is a kitchen with a microwave and an electric stovetop. Masham has a 34 double bed available. Outside, guests have their own private patio equipped with a fire-pit and a barbecue. This shepherds hut accepts guests with a well behaved dog. Please advise on booking as a surcharge applies. Superior Shepherd Hut - Badger Face. Badger Face is located in a secluded position at the top of our site. It benefits from a private 2 person wood-fired hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. The huts contain a proper double bed, kitchen, toilet and shower room. This shepherd hut cannot accommodate pets. ;
Shepherds Hut - Border Leicester. The Border Leicester Shepherd Hut is situated in a raised position with views of the lake and the countryside. The hut features an en suite bathroom with towels and toiletries provided. There is a kitchen with a microwave and an electric stovetop. The room has a 34 double bed available. Outside, guests have their own private patio equipped with a fire-pit and a barbecue. Border Leicester has its own private wood fired hot tub. ;
Superior Shepherd Hut - Ryeland - Dog Friendly. The Ryeland Shepherd hut is the largest hut on site and benefits from its own wood fired hot tub, private deck, barbecue and fire pit. Inside, it has a full double bed, smart TV and an en-suite with toilet, hand basin and shower. Ryeland also has a fridge with mini freezer, microwave, toaster, 2 ring hob, kettle and coffee machine with pods.
