The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.
Please be aware that the premises are adjacent to a working arable farm. Farm vehicles and machinery will be operating.
Please be aware that kitchen, sitting room and courtyard facilities are shared with other guests in the Stables, and customers are expected to clean up after themselves when cooking, eating or socialising.
Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.
We reserve the right to decline groups of three or more families or connected parties.
Please note the property asks guests to refrain from excessive noise levels after 22:00, we are a quiet site and our guests book for that peace and quiet. If you want to party late, then we can suggest alternative places to stay locally.
For Dog Friendly rooms, please note that a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per room by prior arrangement. There is a charge of £5 per night, which will be added to your booking and needs to be paid in advance.
Dogs are not allowed in our single room or rooms that do not say Dog Friendly.
Lost keys will be charged at GBP 10 each. We reserve the right to charge a refundable key deposit.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
